Disputes and Enforcement

At some point a dispute may arise relative to one or more components of an intellectual property package. The dispute may concern enforcement of a component of your intellectual property package, or alleged infringement of a component of a competitor's intellectual property package. At Wells St. John, we believe that it is usually in the best interest of the parties to resolve disputes without litigation, and we have attorneys with expertise and experience in dispute resolution. However, some disputes simply cannot be resolved without litigation. If litigation should become necessary, our attorneys can also assist with that.
